Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it for a different item or return it for a full refund. Please see below for more information on my return policy.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process
To return an item, place the item in secure packaging and mail your return to the following address.

Please note, return shipping charges will be reimbursed upon receipt of the returned item.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the item's condition, I will process your return or exchange. Please allow thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your account statement, depending on your bank/credit card company. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Travel Advisor Services
Custom-made apparel 
Custom-made cosplay/costumes

For defective or damaged products, please contact me  as soon as possible at the contact details listed below to arrange for a refund or an exchange.

Please Note
Custom-made apparel and cosplay/costumes cannot be returned. If, however, any custom item that does not fit or is not to your specifications, please let me know as soon as possible so I can make it right for you.

Non-custom apparel and cosplay/costumes may be returned so long as it is in new and unused condition.
